Directions:
- Apply a plastic cap to contain heat during your treatment and to prevent product transfer onto the fabric of the heat bonnet.
- Heat the bonnet for 30 seconds at a time (flip cap over every 30 seconds to ensure even heat distribution) do this for up to 2 minutes. Do NOT over heat.
- Before placing cap on your head touch the center and the edges for a temperature check. Cover the plastic cap with bonnet. check to ensure the bonnet covers completely.
- Relax for 20-30 minutes while deep conditioning.
