• To apply beard balm simply open the jar and use the back of your thumbnail to scrape a nickle size amount out.
• Warm the balm in between your fingers by rubbing them together.
• Gently apply the balm to your beard with your fingers and massage it in.
• Use a comb to then evenly distribute the balm.

We recommend you check the label to confirm you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.We recommend conducting a patch test on a small area of unaffected skin to avoid potential allergies.Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation develops. For external use only! Keep out of the reach of children!

We require a copy of the invoice along with the return.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is advised that the item is returned via UPS or insured USPS for your protection.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed from the time that the merchandise is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a full refund minus shipping charges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are NOT refundable and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time.

If your package was damaged during transit,refuse deliveryfrom the carrier if possible.If not, you must notify blsb within 2 business days in order to make a claim with the carrier.
