If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a full refund minus shipping charges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are NOT refundable and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time.

We require a copy of the invoice along with the return.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is advised that the item is returned via UPS or insured USPS for your protection.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed from the time that the merchandise is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

*Please note: Your financial institution may take approximately 7-10 business days to reflect refund to your account.

If your packaged was damaged during transit, refuse delivery from the carrier if possible. If not, you must notify blsb within 2 business days in order to make a claim with the carrier.

Do NOT discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and the contents. Take photos and notify us by email @ blacklabelspabath@ymail.com
