We require a copy of the invoice along with the return.

To ensure prompt delivery, it is advised that the item is returned via UPS or insured USPS for your protection.

Allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed from the time that the merchandise is received.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please return it for a full refund minus shipping charges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping fees are NOT refundable and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time.

If your packaged was damaged during transit, refuse delivery from the carrier if possible. If not, you must notify blsb within 24 hours in order to make a claim with the carrier.
